Job description
DHR Health in Edinburg, TX is seeking an RN Case Manager to advocate for hospital clients, coordinate care, and manage complex patient needs to ensure quality and cost-effective outcomes across the continuum.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Texas RN license; CCM is desired. Three to five years acute care experience; bilingual English/Spanish; on-site role with weekend rotation and on-call.
