Job description
Avida Personal Care in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a PRN Nurse for on-site nursing oversight of personal care services. This full-time role assesses clients, develops and updates plans of care in line with Medicaid and agency standards, and ensures delivery quality.
You will monitor health status, document findings, coordinate with caregivers and families, and provide staff education and audits. Occasional home visits may be required to evaluate care delivery and support coordination.
