Job description
Role Overview
Apply doctoral-level psychology expertise in Russian and English to help evaluate and improve AI systems using accurate, culturally informed psychological content. This remote contract role focuses on translating nuanced professional judgment into high-quality case materials, assessments, and documented evaluations. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing detailed professional feedback and insights.
Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Russian and English for data enrichment and model training.
Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments across both languages while maintaining cultural and linguistic fidelity.
Document evaluation methods and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions for diverse user needs.
Qualifications
PhD in Psychology, with demonstrated clinical and academic experience.
Native or near-native fluency in Russian and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
Strong analytical evaluation, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey nuanced psychological concepts between Russian and English.
Cultural sensitivity, adaptability in multicultural settings, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
Work Terms
Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
$100 to $200 per hour.
