Job description
Apply advanced psychology expertise in Russian and English to help evaluate and improve AI-generated psychological content. This remote contract role focuses on culturally informed assessment, case-study development, and clear documentation, with no previous AI experience required.
Role Overview You will contribute professional psychological judgment and bilingual communication skills to a customer project supporting the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback grounded in professional experience.
Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Russian and English for data enrichment and model training.
Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and consistency with psychological best practices.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments across Russian and English while preserving linguistic and cultural fidelity.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications PhD in Psychology and demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Native or near-native fluency in Russian and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability, ethical decision-making, and cultural sensitivity.
Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including translating nuanced psychological concepts between Russian and English.
Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
Adaptability in multicultural environments.
Work Terms Remote, contract engagement.
Compensation $100 to $200 per hour.
