Japanese Bilingual Sales Manager
Location: Bay Area, CA
Work Style: On-site
Salary: Up to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Summary
A growing technology company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Manager to support sales growth, key customer accounts, and coordination with overseas teams.
The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a technical background. Semiconductor industry experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor sales performance and support achievement of revenue goals
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Conduct customer visits and field sales activities with technical team members
Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Coordinate repair and service-related requests with customers and internal teams
Arrange on-site technical support as needed
Supervise and support a sales assistant with daily sales activities
Coordinate projects and communication with overseas teams
Prepare meeting minutes, customer requirements, project summaries, and related documentation
Support customer compliance requirements and internal coordination
Qualifications Native-level English and business-level Japanese
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
Semiconductor industry experience preferred
Candidates from other technical industries may also be considered
Strong communication, account management, and organizational skills
Experience supervising or supporting team members is preferred
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and international stakeholders
Work Environment & Travel Primarily office-based work
Local customer visits may occur several times per week
Domestic travel approximately 1-2 times per quarter
International travel approximately once per year
Occasional non-technical support duties may be assigned
