Job description
Hamilton-Madison House seeks a Senior Case Manager to direct and deliver social work services at the Helen Harris Residence in New York, NY. The role encompasses case assessment, care planning and coordination with Two Bridges staff to meet residents' needs.
The candidate will be bilingual English/Chinese, hold a Human Services degree (Master's preferred) and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
