JobSquad Solutions Team is seeking a Bilingual – Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our Bloomingdale, IL operations. You will partner with leadership to drive day-to-day HR operations and long-term organizational effectiveness, scale processes, build robust talent pipelines, and strengthen culture across locations.
The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, 8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
