JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Bilingual – Senior Human Resource Business Partner to work at a company located in the Bloomingdale, IL area!
Job Title: Bilingual – Senior Human Resource Business Partner
Job Location: Bloomingdales IL
Salary: $95k to $115k depending on experience Target EOY bonus 10%
Shift: 1st Shift but needs to be flexible to work into 2nd shift as needed Monday-Friday onsite schedule
Job Description: Acts as both a strategic and tactical partner to leadership, driving day-to-day HR operations and long-term organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on scaling processes, building talent pipelines, and enhancing company culture to support ongoing manufacturing growth. Must be bilingual Spanish/English. Must have 8 years of progressive HR experience in a MANUFACTURING setting. Human Resources Degree is required. They want a well-rounded individual who can take things off the HR Directors plate. Be both strategic and tactical, drive change, process improvement, employee relations, etc. Multi-site experience is a plus as they will be assisting in the other Chicagoland location, North Carolina, and New Mexico. Align HR practices and operational execution with company growth objectives. Build robust talent pipelines and scale workforce initiatives across locations. Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement. Support leadership coaching, employee evaluation, and structured career progression paths. Strong communication, analytical capabilities, change management, and a mix of strategic insight with tactical execution.
