Job description
MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead day-to-day Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across assigned apartment communities. You will manage field operations, vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
This field-based role requires English/Spanish fluency, 5+ years in service operations, strong communication, and the ability to keep schedules, teams, and performance aligned. Travel within the territory is required.
