Mattress Firm in Virginia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to elevate the in-store experience as a sleep authority. You will coach associates, train staff, and drive sales through coaching and merchandising in multiple stores as part of a development track toward store manager.
The role supports leadership, delivers customer service excellence, and helps achieve financial targets with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
