Responsibilities

Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag questions that do not sound like real resident questions.

Write rubrics defining correct, complete answers in Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services.

Evaluate AI-generated Spanish answers against rubrics; identify errors, omissions, mistranslations, and unclear or unnatural wording.

Provide clear written feedback asynchronously to the project team.

Required Qualifications

Native or professional Spanish and English, with clear and precise writing in both languages.

Experience in at least one of Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services.

1+ years counseling or assisting the public in a relevant area, such as a benefits counselor, case manager, community health worker, or similar role.

US-based and able to start quickly, commit 10–20 hours per week, and offer additional availability toward the end of the project.
