nAt FirstLight® Home Care, we’re seeking caring professionals listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry (in good standing) to provide private duty, in-home care to our clients.
nHOURS 5AM - 7PM - Time and a half for any hours over 40.
nThis isn’t facility work—it’s one-on-one care in the comfort of the client’s home. You’ll make a real difference every day by bringing comfort, companionship, and skilled assistance to those who depend on you.

nResponsibilities include:
nProviding personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance)
nOffering companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being
nPreparing and serving meals according to client needs and preferences
nPerforming light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment
nAssisting with errands, transportation, and daily activities
nFollowing detailed care plans and communicating updates to the care team
nOther duties as assigned to ensure each client receives exceptional care
nQualifications:
nCurrent listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, in good standing (required)
nBi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking)
nExperience in private duty or in-home care (preferred)
nA passion for caregiving and a genuine desire to help others
nEmpathy, patience, and professionalism
nDependable, punctual, and committed to quality care
nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
