Job description
AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Watsonville, CA. You will greet customers, guide them through options with a consultative approach, and use your product knowledge to recommend devices and services. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and a patient, customer-focused attitude.
You will work a 40-hour schedule, including weekends, with uncapped commissions. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, and training is provided to reach sales goals.
