Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

As a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a key role in delivering effective and engaging therapy to children in both educational and clinical settings.

Earning Potential: Annual earnings range from $100,750 to $113,250 based on completion of 25 billable hours per week.

Your Role

Responsibilities

Providing individualized therapy to help children meet communication goals.

Collaborating with teachers, families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Conducting evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing individualized treatment strategies.

Working in partnership with school staff to ensure continuity of services in academic environments.

Maintaining 23‑25 billable hours per week, with a balanced caseload across school and clinic assignments.

What We're Looking For

Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid Maryland or Washington, DC licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology.

Passion for supporting children’s communication development in a variety of settings.

Strong collaboration, organization, and clinical problem‑solving skills.

Billing & Work Expectations

Maintain a minimum of 23‑25 billable hours weekly across both school and clinic settings.

Consistently provide high‑quality services while adhering to documentation and compliance standards.
