Ideal Home Care Services, Inc. in Islandia, NY is seeking a Home Care Staffing Coordinator who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our local team. This on-site role focuses on scheduling, client intake, and ensuring compliant care planning.
You'll coordinate staff rosters, support recruitment, and communicate care plans across our caregivers and clients, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly wage of $20–$23, plus health benefits and PTO.
