Rocky Boots is seeking a Territory Manager for the Durango Boots brand to cover California and Nevada. The role focuses on maximizing sales through retailer relationships, territory development, and targeted sales processes within an assigned region.
Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years outside sales experience, with 1–3 years selling to major retailers, and fluent Spanish. Travel is expected up to 75%, with a strong emphasis on results and customer-focused solutions.
