Job description
Licensed Psychotherapist (Spanish Speaking Preferred)
Location: Serenity Center
Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)
Compensation: $55-$65 per 45-minute session

Qualifications
Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
Master's degree in a mental health-related field
Experience providing therapy in outpatient or similar settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care
Reliable, compassionate, and client-focused
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy
Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support holistic care
Participate in regular supervision and training sessions
