Role Overview
Apply psychiatric expertise across Vietnamese and English to help improve AI systems through culturally grounded clinical scenarios, assessments, documentation, and expert evaluation. This remote contract role draws on real-world psychiatric knowledge, with no prior AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that reflect real-world, culturally nuanced scenarios.
Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations informed by Vietnamese psychiatric practice and perspectives.
Prepare precise written analyses and clinical documentation in Vietnamese and English, maintaining cultural and clinical accuracy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to strengthen understanding of psychiatric concepts.
Review and critique sensitive case content using ethical judgment, patient confidentiality, and clinical best practices.
Create bilingual communication frameworks that support accurate exchange of psychiatric information.
Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used in mental health contexts.
Qualifications
Medical degree, including MD, MBBS, or equivalent, completed psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license.
Native Vietnamese fluency and advanced English proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Vietnamese clinical settings.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, analytical evaluation, and ability to handle complex mental health scenarios.
Experience developing educational or research case studies or teaching materials.
Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, preferably involving technology, research, or digital health.
Familiarity with Western and Vietnamese psychiatric frameworks and a strong commitment to professional integrity.
Work Terms
Remote, independent contractor engagement.
Contribute domain expertise to a customer-focused AI training project.
Compensation
$100 to $200 per hour.
