Job description
Role Overview
Apply doctoral-level psychology expertise in Vietnamese and English to improve AI systems through rigorous case analysis, culturally informed scenario development, and evaluation of model-generated content. This remote contract role focuses on bringing real-world clinical and academic judgment to psychological training materials and assessments. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced, professionally grounded feedback.
Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Vietnamese and English for training-data enrichment.
Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments across both languages while preserving cultural and linguistic fidelity.
Work with interdisciplinary collaborators to develop effective, holistic solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
PhD in Psychology, with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, sound ethical judgment, and cultural sensitivity in multicultural settings.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey nuanced psychological concepts between Vietnamese and English.
Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
Work Terms
Remote, independent-contractor engagement.
Compensation
$100 to $200 per hour.
