Job description
Circular Services, based in Austin, TX, seeks a veteran, bilingual (English/Spanish) VP of Human Resources to lead employee and labor relations for a frontline workforce and field operations. This hands-on role partners with operational leaders, oversees investigations, labor negotiations, and workforce analytics, and reports to the Chief People Officer.
