Bilingual Warehouse Group LeadWith Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. Join our growing team as a Bilingual Warehouse Group Lead and play a key role in driving operational success in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will lead and support a team of 30-50 associates, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive workplace. You will serve as a liaison between employees, management, and clients while helping achieve daily production, quality, and safety goals.Shifts: 2nd Shift. Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.
