Job description
For Women Healthcare in Midland, Texas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (or PA with women’s health experience) to care for a female patient panel, alongside the sole provider/owner. The role emphasizes bilingual care in Spanish and a hands-on onboarding approach.
New grads are welcome; 60–70% of patients are Spanish-speaking. You’ll start with follow-ups and postpartum visits, then gradually handle more complex cases, with mentorship from the physician owner.
