Caregiver Role at Senior Helpers - Naples & Bonita SpringsThe Caregiver role at Senior Helpers - Naples & Bonita Springs involves providing assistance and support to elderly clients in their homes or residential care facilities. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Additionally, you will provide companionship, engage in activities, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingPrepare meals and assist with feedingProvide medication reminders and assistance with medication managementAssist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidyingEngage clients in activities and provide companionshipAccompany clients to appointments and outings, as neededMonitor and report any changes in client's health or behaviorRequirementsMUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH & ENGLISH FLUENTLYMUST HAVE CURRENT CNA OR HHA CERTIFICATIONMinimum Of 2 years ExperienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCompassionate and patient natureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsCompetitive compensation: $17 - $19 per hourFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunity for overtime payContinued training and professional developmentSupportive and positive work environmentAbout the CompanySenior Helpers - Naples & Bonita Springs is a leading provider of in-home senior care services in Bonita Springs, Florida.
