Key Responsibilities for the Billing Administrator:
• Prepare and process invoices, worksheets, and related billing documentation.
• Perform daily invoicing activities for customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with transportation billing and general administrative support functions.
Qualifications for the Billing Administrator:
• 2-3 years of billing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience managing billing documentation and invoicing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Logistics or transportation industry experience.
• Transportation billing experience.
• Experience with Kronos and/or TMW systems.
