Billing ClerkTri-National, a fast-growing, truck load carrier located in St. Charles, MO, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accounting/Billing Team as a Billing Clerk. This position is direct support to the Billing Supervisor in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting/Billing Department.We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a team player mindset.Responsibilities:Index driver paperwork into the imaging system for processingProcess invoices, mail bills to customers, and match invoices for processing in payablesInvoice consolidation billing to our customers for the company and its affiliateManage and process the billing workflow and rate bills into AS400Follow up on bills and necessary paperwork not receivedMaintain daily billing report, analysis, unbilled loads and invoice totalsAudit and analyze the rates billed to our customersOpen, process and organize trip packs to the appropriate fileAssist with other filing and office needs as requestedAssist with other needs of the Accounting/Billing DepartmentSkills and Qualifications:Prior experience in Trucking/Transportation, a plusPrior experience with Indexing software, a plusKnowledge of AS400, a plusTeam player – does whatever it takes to get the job doneSomeone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possesses the ability to multi-task and prioritize the workloadMust possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as a positive attitudeExperience with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook
