Billing Coordinator
Gerhart is seeking a Billing Coordinator to execute company invoicing, by increasing the flow of processing, and efficiency. This role will have a focus on reviewing completed Work Orders, resolve and address invoice related issues and questions, assist with generating company invoicing when needed, and providing administrative support at a high level.
The successful candidate demonstrates a high level of initiative and self-motivation, takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completion, and is a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review completed Work Orders obtaining necessary information to ensure accuracy and prompt billing.
Maintain required company software systems with invoice status information, new customer data based on information provided.
Provide miscellaneous administrative support to Business Unit Manager.
Support administrative functions during team members absences.
Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Good communications skills both written and verbal.
Background in Accounting is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position or A.S. degree in related fields.
Apply effective time management skills to meet deadlines, optimize productivity, and ensure efficiencies of all daily tasks.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and minimal errors.
Maintain a well-organized workflow and filing system.
Self-starter and motivated to work independently.
Computer proficiency skills including Excel, Word, and order entry systems.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on creating positive customer outcomes.
