The Client Support Billing Clerk will also be responsible with working with customers and staff to resolve issues which arise in the day-to-day activities of the branch.Primary Responsibilities:Correspond with customers to resolve billing issues and queries.Enter all inbound/outbound items into ERP System, update system notes (i.e. Infor M3)Own warehouse administrative functionsUpdate and maintain billing records and documentation.Interact with customers to respond to specific requirements.Perform assigned administration related duties and responsibilities.Maintain invoice records and support documents.Collaborate with other departments to cater to customer needs.Evaluate, analyze and verify dates of service and billed amounts.Verify completeness and accuracy in client information before billing period.Resolve all accounts within give time frame.Update completely unbilled reconciliation once in week.Initiate and perform additional billing responsibilities to meet set goals.Verifies and maintains all customer related electronic records.Any other duties necessary to assist the company achieve its objectives.Requirements:Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectivelyStrong leadership and initiativeCongenial with ability to provide excellent customer serviceQuick decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent time managementResponsible, goal oriented and organized Strong attention to detail and able to multitaskConfident, proactive, and willing to take on workplace challengesGreat listening skills and ability to take directionPine Environmental Services believes in the growth and development of a diverse workforce. This position is 70% sedentary and 30% active and may include activities such as walking, standing and bending).
