Job description
Stripe is seeking a Head of Grower Sales (Billing) to lead and expand a high-performing sales team across the AMER region. You will coach Account Executives, drive the forecast, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to deepen product knowledge and win strategic deals.
You will own the coaching, development, and performance of your team, shaping the go-to-market strategy and executing programs that boost revenue and retention while aligning with Stripe’s direction.
