Billing Specialist – Up to $27/Hour | Santa Ana, CALocation: Santa Ana, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: Up to $27.00/hour, depending on experience Job Type: Evaluation Hire | Full-TimeExpress Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an experienced Billing Specialist for a growing company in Santa Ana. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple billing systems, and confident communicating directly with customers to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.The ideal candidate will have hands-on billing experience, strong attention to detail, and experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue semi-monthly customer invoicesCreate detailed invoicesPrepare master bills by customer while ensuring accuracy and completenessProcess billing for additional service types, including flat-rate professional servicesMaintain accurate billing recordsReconcile billing information between systems to ensure consistency and accuracyResearch and resolve discrepancies between service records and billing systemsCommunicate regularly with dealership customers regarding invoices, questions, corrections, and adjustmentsCoordinate with operations, supervisors, and employees to verify services performedHandle billing disputes and adjustments professionally and promptlyTrack billing corrections, outstanding issues, and necessary follow-upCreate and distribute recurring billing reportsMaintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and customer informationQualificationsPrevious billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or accounting support experienceStrong Excel and general computer skillsAbility to reconcile information and identify billing discrepanciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable communicating with customers regarding billing questions and correctionsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and semi-monthly billing cyclesExperience with ReconPro or automotive/dealership billing is a plus, but not requiredWhy Work With Express?Express Employment Professionals works with local companies throughout Orange County to connect qualified candidates with long-term career opportunities.
