Dynamic combines local expertise with the resources and capabilities of a growing national organization.Founded on the belief that a strong culture drives exceptional performance, we remain committed to fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and professional growth while providing employees with meaningful opportunities to contribute, develop, and make an impact.Position SummaryThe Billing Specialist is responsible for processing invoices, responding to invoice queries, managing billing corrections and completing billing related special projects.ResponsibilitiesProvides project accounting support services from initial project setup to executing client invoicesMaintains executed contracts, signed proposals, purchase orders and change ordersInterfaces with project managers and clients regarding contracts, monthly billings, payments, and other project-related financial processes and reportsReviews, processes and accounts for a large volume of project-related invoices for billing preparation and execution, ensuring contractual compliance, accurate project setup and timely invoicingContacts clients for collection of payment as neededResearches and resolves invoice-related issues with both project managers and clientsPerforms other duties as requestedQualificationsAssociate degree in Accounting or a related field; equivalent experience consideredUnderstanding of bookkeeping proceduresAbility to communicate with project managers and clients via both phone and emailExperience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is a plus, but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilitiesAbility to effectively work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesMust be well organized with a high level of attention to detailSelf-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presenceAbility to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and have great follow-up skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of the Billing teamExcellent customer service skills requiredExperience working with contracts/proposals relating to professional services preferredComplete discretion required to handle confidential and sensitive informationWhy Join Dynamic?At Dynamic, we believe great careers are built through meaningful work, continuous growth, and strong relationships.
