Billing Specialist Key Responsibilities
The Billing Specialist will prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
The Billing Specialist will maintain accurate customer account information and billing records.
Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account setup.
The Billing Specialist will assist with cash application, account reconciliations, and other accounting support functions as needed.
Qualifications of the Billing Specialist Role
