Our client is seeking a Billing Specialist with customer portal experience for a contract role for 1-3 months.
The ideal candidate will have experience with: Creating and uploading Invoices into Customer Portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
NetSuite accounting software
Processing credit memos
Flagging discrepancies, disputed charges, or invoice\/credit memo issues
Excellent communication skills - comfortable escalating and resolving billing discrepancies
