Contract & Billing SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional to review and process contracts with a strong focus on numerical accuracy and billing. This position is responsible for verifying contract information, confirming calculations, and identifying discrepancies before billing is processed.Schedule, Pay & LocationMonday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - $19.00/hour - Newnan, GAKey ResponsibilitiesReview and process contracts for accuracy and completenessVerify pricing, quantities, totals, and other numerical information to ensure calculations are correctIdentify discrepancies or errors that could result in incorrect billingReview billing information against contract details before processingMaintain accurate contract and billing recordsCommunicate questions or discrepancies to the appropriate team members for resolutionFollow established office procedures and maintain confidentiality when handling business informationQualifications & SkillsStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyAble to review documents carefully and identify inconsistencies or errorsGood organizational and clerical skillsComfortable working with contracts, billing information, and computer-based recordsGood written and verbal communication skillsDependable and able to manage work accurately within established deadlinesWork Environment & Dress CodeProfessional office environmentBusiness casual attire requiredMonday through Friday daytime scheduleIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented and comfortable working with numbersMethodical and accurate when reviewing contracts and billing informationOrganized, dependable, and able to follow processes consistentlyProactive about resolving discrepancies before they become billing errorsCONFIDENTIAL: Company-identifying information has been omitted.
