Job description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
Account reconciliation
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
Proven attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of transactions efficiently while maintaining data integrity
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
COMPENSATION DETAILS
The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
