If this sounds like a company you would like to partner with and you have a heart and passion for serving seniors, consider joining The Crossings team!We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support billing, accounts payable, healthcare-related paperwork, and administrative functions across multiple areas of the organization.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment and be comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can accurately manage billing across different areas, understand basic accounting processes, and work independently without extensive training on fundamental administrative or accounting tasks.Key responsibilities include:Manage and process billing accurately across multiple areas of the organization.Assist with Accounts Payable and related accounting processes.Complete and maintain healthcare-related paperwork and documentation.Utilize medical terminology and understand healthcare administrative processes.Provide administrative support to various departments, including Marketing and Lifestyle-related initiatives.Maintain organized records, documentation, and paperwork.Work across departments and take ownership of tasks as needed.Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as priorities changeWe offer a full benefit package including:BCBS- 3 different plans to choose from!Wellness programs, tools and resources to manage your health including the Blue365 discount programs on health-related products, health/fitness clubs and weight loss programsHDHP Preventive Drug List - $0 drugsWellWorks for You – interactive wellness program in which participant earns points for rewards of $25, $50, $100.Livongo – eligible members get help managing chronic conditions likes diabetes and hypertension.
