Job description
Billing Support SpecialistWe are looking for a part-time Billing Support Specialist for one of our clients. You will support the billing and accounting teams by assisting with routine and ad hoc billing, reporting, and general ledger tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working with financial data and customer specific reporting needs. Pay: $19 - $24/hrKey Responsibilities:Prepare and process customer invoices in accordance with established billing schedules and requirements.Create customer specific invoice summaries, including formatted reporting tailored to contractual or operational needs.Assist with ad hoc financial analyses, including revenue, billing trends, and variance analysis.Process cash receipts, ensuring timely and accurate recording and reconciliation.Support general ledger activities as needed, including simple reconciliations, data validation, and reporting support.Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical assistance to the accounting team.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and finance policies.Qualifications:Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting support preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with structured and unstructured financial data.Ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with financial ERP systems is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight.Work Expectations:8–12 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.Remote position.Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
