Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Binder Operator to support high-impact advocacy and communications campaigns. In this on-site role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain bindery and finishing equipment to produce polished print materials for public affairs and issue-advocacy clients. You’ll interpret job tickets, manage tight deadlines, conduct quality checks, and ensure consistency across complex projects. Working in a collaborative, high-performance culture, you’ll partner closely with senior staff, support fast-paced campaigns, and uphold rigorous production and safety standards.
