Job description
Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Minnesota to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment. You’ll be trained to encase books in hard cases, monitor quality, and support production goals on either the 2nd or 3rd shift.
Ideal candidates will be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, be mechanically inclined, and reliably work well with a team in a factory setting with safety procedures. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized.
