Job description
ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Manager, Training & Development BioCenters to lead and continuously improve the company’s FDA-regulated training program. You will design, deliver, and measure learning solutions across centers, in-person and virtual, ensuring alignment with cGMP and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities include developing curricula, leading a team, coordinating cGMP trainings, and monitoring training effectiveness through metrics; travel up to 75% is required.
