Role
Bioconjugation Process Development and Manufacturing Lead, responsible for purification process development, technology transfer, scale‑up, and GMP manufacturing support of bioconjugate products.
Core responsibilities
Designing and executing downstream process studies (chromatography, ultrafiltration), leading process transfer from development to GMP, and supporting manufacturing campaigns.
Requirements
BS with 5+ years, MS with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience; hands‑on expertise in chromatography‑based purification, process scale‑up, and biologics manufacturing in both non‑GMP and GMP settings.
Preferred skills
GMP compliance knowledge, bioconjugation process experience, and ability to author technical documentation.
High‑value biopharma specifics
Focus on radiopharmaceuticals, late clinical‑stage biologics, and supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Collaboration
Involves working with manufacturing, quality control, and process development teams.
Work setup
