Job description
Caris Life Sciences in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Manager of Bioinformatics to lead a team developing and validating NGS pipelines within a translational genomics environment. You will oversee end-to-end data analysis, pipeline maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
You will partner with clinical science and software teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor scientists, drive projects, and implement reproducible workflows in AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.
