Pathos is building a next-generation biotech with AI at the core and a focus on oncology ADCs. As Director, CMC – Biologics & ADC, you will own the chemistry, manufacturing, and controls strategy for antibody and ADC programs, guiding upstream/downstream development, analytics, and regulatory-ready documentation from early clinical supply through late-stage development.
