Job description
Keros Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Biologics Process Development to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Process Development group, with a specialized focus on complex biologics using CHO cell culture platforms.
This role oversees development, optimization, and tech transfer of robust manufacturing processes across multiple programs from early to late-stage development, coordinating with Research, Analytical, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transitions
