Job description
MSCCN in Devens, MA is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to direct clinical and commercial biologics production in alignment with cGMPs. The role focuses on Upstream/Downstream operations, resource planning, and continuous improvement to deliver quality therapeutics.
You will oversee multi-product manufacture, collaborate with QA/QC, MS&T, Engineering and Supply Chain, build high‑performing teams, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining audit readiness and safety.
