Job description
Probably Genetic is seeking a Solutions Architect to own end-to-end customer relationships for biopharma partners, delivering proactive insights and translating customer needs into product improvements that drive retention and growth.
You will manage post-sale accounts, run regular cadences, build a consolidated backlog, and present data-driven narratives to stakeholders, collaborating with BD and engineering to shape the product roadmap.
