Job description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with an early-stage biotechnology company to lead business development and out-licensing. This remote/hybrid, full-time role reports to the COO and focuses on forming pharmaceutical and biotech partnerships for a proprietary exosome-based platform.
The Director will build the BD function, drive strategy, manage diligence, and execute licensing transactions with cross-functional teams in a lean environment. Remote with periodic travel.
