Job description
Osteal Therapeutics, a Dallas-based biotech company, seeks a Commercial Operations Director to design and run programs, tools, and dashboards supporting the commercialization of NexChange kit for PJI. You will manage analytics, sales planning, and field operations to enable a fast, data-driven launch.
The role requires 10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, CRM and analytics proficiency, and strong leadership in a fast-growing start-up environment. Travel as needed is expected.
