Job description
Regeneron seeks a legal counsel for its manufacturing division (IOPS) to support business development and strategic transactions, drafting and negotiating complex agreements across licensing, M&A, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
The role advises internal clients on compliance, IP, regulatory and transactional matters, collaborates with Law Department teams, oversees external counsel, and builds expertise in third-party relationships and manufacturing processes.
