Job description
Metaphore Biotechnologies, Inc. seeks a hands-on Director/Senior Director of Finance to own accounting and FP&A across its portfolio. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage close, budget, forecasting, and cash runway planning in an early-stage setting, driving scalable processes and policy development.
The role requires deep U.S. GAAP expertise, biotech-specific accounting knowledge, and the ability to operate with minimal staff while delivering clear financial insights to leadership and boards.
