Job description
LifeSci Capital LLC seeks a Vice President to lead the execution of equity and M&A transactions for biotechnology and life sciences clients. You will own workstreams end to end and serve as the day-to-day contact for client management teams, with a clear path toward Managing Director.
This is a senior, client-facing role between senior bankers and the analyst/associate bench, requiring strong leadership and deal ownership in a lean team environment.
